Well, I totally failed at trying to edit in a sparkly neckline. So just don't look at it in full view, and if you do, beware of super crappy editing.
I think this is sort of how I picture the dress coming out, but probably with some black detail and something at the bottom to make it flow and shimmer.
Still has tons of work to do, but here is the basic, which I am really liking so far.
